PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING!!!‼️Deposit/Cancellation $30 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required for all appointments plus $1 processing fee! $30 Deposit will be deducted from your total. Your remaining balance is due in CASH. You can transfer your deposit only once if you have to reschedule. I’m very understanding. If you have any emergencies or need to reschedule please call or text 225-209-4579. Your deposit can not be transferred to another person. NO DEPOSIT!! NO APPOINTMENT!! NO EXCEPTIONS!! I do offer after hour appts after 5:00 pm (40.00 extra) Please text 225-209-4579 to request an after hour appointment. Please be patient and give at least 24 hours for a response. ‼️Late Policy You have a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes there is a $10 late fee, after a total of 30 minutes late your appointment will unfortunately be CANCELLED & rescheduled for your/my earliest convenience. I apologize in advance, but I have to stay on schedule due to appointments scheduled back to back. So please be mindful with timing. No extra guest unless being serviced due to limited seating Children are not allowed with you during your appt due to hazards inside the salon (hot irons,scissors, razors, chemicals etc) children may also be a distraction and distractions can interfere in going over your scheduled service time. Address will be sent in your reminder email 24 hours before your appointment if you have to drop off a frontal, hair, or a wig for your appt please do so 3 days before. ‼️Hair Preparation I AM A STYLIST WHO DOES OFFER WASH PREP WITH YOUR SERVICE. If needed please select as an add on when booking. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO GET YOUR HAIR WASHED AT THE TIME OF YOUR SERVICE. Please come washed and blown out. NO WET HAIR! HAIR MUST BE CLEAN,DRY, BLOWN OUT WITH NO PRODUCT. If you have Body Wave hair and would like it bone straight it will be an upcharge of $30. I do not flat iron/curl deep wave or curly bundles! If you are reusing bundles please come with your bundles clean, completely dry, detangled & separated. If you would like this service done for you please select it in the add on option when booking. You can not wash your own hair or bundles inside the salon. It has to be done before or scheduled as an add on so I can properly do it for you. ‼️FRONTAL & CLOSURE POLICY Pre plucked frontals and closures Preferably hd or transparent Lace color for fare, light, caramel skin tones -HD or TRANSPARENT Lace ONLY Lace color for medium to dark skin tones- HD, TRANSPARENT OR MEDIUM BROWN Lace is an illusion. Be mindful it will not disappear. If you get close up you will still be able to see it. Following these requirements will help your lace look as natural as possible If possible frontals and closures can be dropped off 2-3 days prior if you would like to speed up your appointment time. If not you can bring it the day of. ****I DO NOT INSTALL USED FRONTALS OR CLOSURES UNLESS THEY WERE PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED BY ME, NO EXCEPTIONS! I ALSO DO NOT INSTALL CLOSURES/FRONTALS THAT HAVE BEEN STAINED DUE TO COLOR ON THE LACE! ******I WILL NOT INSTALL CLOSURES OR FRONTALS THAT ARE THINNING OR HAVE HOLES IN THE LACE ‼️MAINTENANCE Unfortunately I do not go over another stylist’s work. Everyone has not had the same training and it makes it harder to give you my best. Please Be Mindful Glued down Frontals & Closures are very high maintance. You must get your glued closure/frontal touched up in one-two weeks depending on how much you sweat. if it has been more than three weeks, I will not be able to do a touch up on your closure/frontal! I recommend taking your glued closure/frontal out after 4 weeks to prevent breakage or buildup on your braids. SEWN DOWN Closures should be touched up in 3-4 weeks, I will not be able to touch up after 4 weeks or if you have too much new growth! I recommend taking your closure sew-in out after 5-6 weeks to prevent breakage! ‼️CUSTOM COLOR $35 per bundle for colors that require bleaching/lifting such as honey blonde, any shades of brownish/goldish colors, maroon/burgundy/dark red as well as highlights. These colors can be achieved with the natural color hair also know as 1b or #2. (Color is provided and included in this price ) please be mindful if you are providing your own hair different brand of bundles lift differently according to their grade. $20 per bundle for jet black color (Color is provided and included in this price) $35 per bundle for all other colors such as blue, purple, grey, green, pink, bright red etc. (must use 613 bundles ONLY). I WILL NOT USE 1b hair to achieve exotic colors due to high levels of lifting. Wigs are automatically counted as 3 bundles. Bundles/Wigs must be dropped off 3 days-one week in advance for coloring. Please text an inspiration picture of your desired color to 225-209-4579. You can also book a consultation with me before booking your color service/ appointment . Please have a detailed picture of your desired look. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response ‼️WIG POLICY All custom wigs are made to order. Turnaround time for a custom wig is 5-10 business days at the most. Rush fees for wigs are an additional 50.00 When dropping off hair for wig construction you must come with the hair in a bag with your name, date of your service, and telephone number. When dropping off a wig for wig maintenance You must come with the wig in a bag, with name, date of service and telephone number. All wigs must be dropped off 2-3 days prior to appt for prep and maintenance. if you bring your wig in the same day you will have to pay a same day fee of 20.00 If you are dropping a wig off for a color service please bring the wig in a 3 days before your appt. Please be as detailed as possible with your desired look. (Color, specific style, cut) No wig can be dropped off without a deposit. Please do not drop a wig off without proper approval. If you have not spoken with me do not drop your wig off or send it by anyone. If you don’t have your payment upfront please do not drop your wig off. I will not hold any wigs. When getting a custom wig made or a wig serviced your deposit is non- refundable (due to custom wigs having custom measurements to your head and/or bundles having custom color)

Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Hair by Wilneka is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Return & Exchange Policy: Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, if you receive the wrong item or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
